RTÜK Review of the KIZILCIK ŞERBETİ Series
An investigation has been initiated by RTÜK into the Kızılcık Şerbeti series.
A scene in the Kızılcık Şerbeti series, broadcast on the Show TV television channel and watched both in Turkey and in different countries of the world, made a mark on the agenda.
Friday March 10, which aired on the evening of 18. after the scene in which the character Nursema (Ceren Yalazoglu Karakoc) was subjected to violence by the person she married in the last scene of the episode and pushed down the window received a reaction on social media suggesting that it "normalizes violence", RTUK President Ebubekir Sahin announced that a review of the channel had been launched.

The President of RTUK included the following words in his statement;
"An investigation has been initiated at the SHOW TV media service provider regarding the broadcasts aimed at promoting violence against women and oppression of women in the series called Kızılcık Şerbeti. It is announced to the public with respect.''
This is hypocrisy! #KizilcikSerbeti is such a real life series. Believe me, I'm not Turkish but I watch most of the series. I have seen much worst! Goodness most of the series on the state channel #Kanal7 has so much abuse and violence against women. #RTUK you are a mess!!!
