SERDAR UZUNTAŞ Biography

 Serdar Uzuntaş was born and raised in Izmir in 1975. He is originally a Macedonian immigrant. He completed his school life in Izmir. He attended high school at the Trade Vocational High School. After completing his high school education in Izmir, he started his professional life as a salesman at a company called Vakko. Her fashion taste attracted the attention of customers first, and then the store authorities.

in 2002, he began preparing a women's collection with an offer from an export company.

in 2006, he moved to London to study at Central Saint Martins and improve her English. In the Dec Dec he continued to work with companies in Turkey, but divided his time between London, Milan and Istanbul. It was during this period that he discovered that his desire was to design men's clothing and created his own eponymous brand. He received trainings at the private fashion school ‘Naba’ in Milan.

January - AW2016/17 presented his collection with a live model presentation in Milan as part of the Milan Men's Fashion Week.

A focused Men's Collection of simple, easy-to-wear items with interesting details, sometimes taken from Turkish culture. The collection, designed in London, is produced with fabrics from Italy in Serdar Uzuntas's own workshop in Istanbul.

Her first collection was selected by Pitti Uomo to be presented in the ‘New Beats’ section for emerging Designers and Brands.

His collection has been sold in London at Wolf and Badger on Dover Street, in Milan at Dolce&Gabbana ‘Spiga 2 and in Istanbul at Beymen Blender and Harvey Nichols.
