Oktay Kaynarca is an actor, producer and presenter.
He was born on January 27, 1965 in Hekimhan – Malatya.
His father is from Malatya and his mother is from Elazığ. Since his mother and father worked in Germany, he grew up next to his grandmother, who lived in the Üsküdar district of Istanbul. He started his secondary education at Üsküdar High School and completed his secondary education at Hopa High School. He worked as an electrician at the Fiat factory. In the meantime, he prepared for the conservatory exams and entered the Istanbul University State Conservatory and studied acting at the Theater Department. he graduated in 1991.
During his student years, he had stage, TV and film acting experiences.
