She was born in Ankara in 1947 as the first child of a family of three children. After completing his primary and secondary education at TED Ankara College, she entered Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1966. During his medical studies, she won the announcer exam opened by TRT television, which started broadcasting in 1968, and was appointed as a staff announcer at TRT and served as an announcer and presenter of Turkish music programs for five years in this institution. she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in 1972, got married in 1973 and left TRT and joined the Department of Psychiatry at the Faculty of Medicine of Hacettepe University as an assistant. she became a specialist in 1977 and worked as a lecturer until 1982. in 1982, when she was about to become an associate professor at the university, he made his choice in favor of being a doctor, not a teacher, and left the university. Gülseren Budayıcıoğlu, who worked as a freelance physician in Ankara for 23 years, established the “Private MEDALLION Psychiatric Center”, which is the first and only psychiatric center in Turkey and where people from all walks of life in our country can apply, by realizing her biggest dream in Ankara in 2005.
